Rodney Jacks has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry. He joined the DCS team in 2018 with a strong focus on enablement strategies that support the intense propagation of edge data centers. His current role at DCS is leading the Technical Account Managers, along with the oversight of the Installation and Professional Services Teams. His extensive background brings invaluable knowledge of data center design and implementation — from regional cellular, network and internet providers to the immense scale of Verizon Wireless. Rodney is responsible for customer facing activities, as he drives growth and expansion with large strategic customers. Outside of work, Rodney enjoys spending time with family and friends. He has been married for over 20 years and has two sons who are his proudest accomplishments.
