Optical Fiber Polarity Tester Awarded Second Patent

The Data Center Systems (DCS) team and their high standards for quality and innovation are being recognized once again by receiving a second patent on its pioneering Optical Fiber Polarity Tester. This bench-top solution was initially developed in 2016 to test for the correct polarity of Type A, B, and C, MPO-MPO and MPO-LC fiber optic assemblies. Data Center Systems Awarded Patent for Optical Fiber Polarity Tester

Data Center Systems (DCS) is pleased to announce it was recently awarded a patent for its optical fiber polarity tester. Originally developed in 2016, the apparatus is used to test bundles of fiber optic fibers for correct polarity of connections at each end of the fiber bundles while preventing the fiber optic fibers from contacting any other components during testing. FCIA Chooses DCS to Provide Connectivity for its Fourth FC-NVMe Multivendor Plugfest
