FCIA TRUSTED FOUNDATION CAMPAIGN OFFERS A WEALTH OF VALUABLE INFORMATION FOR DATA CENTER MANAGEMENT

On July 15th, as a part of the FCIA Trusted Foundation campaign, the association, Brocade, Emulex and QLogic embark upon a six month awareness initiative and social media campaign designed to raise awareness and empower Fibre Channel technology with evangelists and create new champions for the technology. The campaign will feature a Knowledge Vault consisting of an IT professional video series with Rackspace, AOL, Symantec, Legend3D and others from a variety of vertical markets with distinctly different storage environments. Each discusses how the information explosion has impacted their requirements and why Fibre Channel is their network of choice for addressing modern data centers issues. Additionally, supporting views from Analyst and an assortment of collateral (research articles, case studies, deployment guides, application reports, technical briefs) are available to reinforce why Fibre Channel is the proven network infrastructure for storage, engineered to meet the demands of today’s enterprise data centers. The initiative will include media syndication from International Data Group (IDG), a world leader in technology media. Syndication will occur from eight different media outlets including InfoWorld, Network World, and Computer World, as well as a social media push that includes many of the members of the FCIA and a sustained Twitter campaign.
